‘Aimee’ was inspired by a sneaky pic I took of my daughter in Byron Bay as she was sketching in her notebook. I knew I just had to pop her in a painting of mine one day! This piece of plywood had the perfect grain pattern for the beach there so I’m really pleased with the outcome.
